How To Eat Well, Live Well, & Be Well.

ree

I’m going to let you in on something I tell all my clients, “The number on the scale does not define you. No size or weight makes a person healthy.”

True health comes from nourishing our mind, body, and souls regularly. We are all unique beings with bio-individual needs. What works for one person will not work for another. Learning how to listen to our bodies can benefit our health greatly.

The body has a greater wellness capacity when its small cues are acknowledged, and self-love and acceptance is a regular practices. Living a healthy lifestyle is about practicing BALANCE in all areas and being mindful of how we treat our precious bodies. There is no correct way to look.

The goal of wellness should be to feel our best regularly. To wake up with energy, a clear mind, happiness in our hearts, and good health so we can live our best lives. Everything else is just a bonus.

I want to hear from you. What is your main goal in practicing wellness?
